when you want to share files..(or put them on a website maybe?)
in a way it is related cause it's going to be just a big collection of files, but it's not at the same time because it's going to be used more for putting stuff on forums and sites
It might be useful when you need to back up files.
I don't think it is related to wikipedia because wikipedia makes sure there is no extremely bad content on the site and this just lets you upload any files.
-it's a 1.0 web -when you want to upload documents, videos, images, etc... - i think it is related to Wikipedia. Because both of them start with Wiki but both of them contain different things.
I'd say this site would be considered web 2.0 because it can be change, however, it is boring as hell.
A file uploading site such as this one is useful when you would like to upload your own files to the internet.
I would say this is either directly related to Wikipedia, seeing as it has "WIKI" in the title. That, or it is an obvious rip off and the webmaster can expect a fatty lawsuit soon.
I think it's a 2.0...
