It is a search engine. I have used it before,and it had a search bar in the middle. About an 8. So the user does not get overwhelmed by information and can do what they want and find waht they are looking for.
Well besides previous knowledge, i know it's a search engine because it says "google search" and you have the different tabs for images and stuff. You don't need much for a search engine and it's less confusing for the user. I'd rate it at 8.5
its a search engine cause it has a search bar that is the center of the page about a 9.6 there is so little on google because its easy to tell what the site is for-very user friendly
its a searcher computer page on that there internet. Gets a 2 cause it works but its boring. Theres nothing on googles front page cause there servers cant handle pictures.
Google is a site for researching, getting images, looking at maps, shopping etc... The reason i know this is because there are links to them on the website. I would rate the website a 7 just because there isn't really anything on the main page. I'm guessing the main page is so plain so it can be easy for everyone to use it.
