Another web resume

Here is another web based resume - "Web Resume"

Given the current economy there is a large deal of competition for every job out there. Historically people created a paper resume containing work experience, education etc and conducted face to face interviews to find work. Now, with new technology and increased competition people are

1. Using the web to find jobs
2. Creating web based resumes/portfolios (like the above and like Vanity Clair)
3. Creating video resumes
4. More

The above resume is simply a linked version of a paper resume. It's not really doing much that a paper resume can't do on it's own.

Questions

1. What could be done with the web based resume that would make it more valuable/different from a paper based resume.
2. What would you include in your web based resume?
3. What is your opinion of the web based resume linked above?

    it is easier to access
    all your work expierience
    it is a little bland but that could be a good thing

    Add videos or links, such as a link to previous employers.

    Everything from a normal resume and some fun stuff

    * doesn't 'really have that much info so had a little bit more
    * all work history and examples of what i can offer

    1. It has easy access and it can't be "lost". And you save trees :D
    2. Uhh...Band...In high school.

    1. add some stuff such as previous stuff.
    2. normal resume stuff and some other stuff that is useful.

    1. more people can use it and get it at any time, if they have the internet.
    2. Good at math and science.
    3. Boring, needs examples
